Daily Rhythm
Wake to the quiet in the mountain cabin in Jämtland, Sweden. Start the day with an optional breathing exercise outside overlooking the mountains in the fresh air. After a good breakfast mixing local, wild and classic options, we head out into the mountains The morning ride takes you over the highlands with remote landscapes. We take a light lunch on the mountain as well as a pause for ‘fika’ - coffee/tea and something sweet. Smell the coffee brewing while we relax with the horses hitched up resting. We ride back through the forests and return to the cabin. In the afternoon an intentional craft workshop making something simple with our hands, as we focus on finding satisfaction in the process. Or alternatively rest and sauna with a light wander in the nearby nature. Dinner is cooked on the fire. A day of connection, movement rest - something simple, physical, and real.
